Learning And Development Specialist - LMS Exp. (Oil & Gas Industry Exp.)

Job Summary: Responsible for managing and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth platform operations, effective course management, and accurate tracking of employees’ learning activities. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the company’s LMS, ensuring system functionality and accessibility. Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access rights. Upload, organize, update, and maintain training courses and learning materials. Monitor employees’ learning progress, course completion, and training participation. Generate regular reports and analyze LMS data to track learning activities and performance. Provide technical support to employees, trainers, and administrators. Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with IT or vendors when needed. Ensure training content and platform information remain accurate and up to date. Support the continuous improvement of LMS processes and user experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Oil & Gas industry experience is a MUST 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or LMS administration. Hands-on experience managing an LMS platform. Good understanding of e-learning systems and digital training content. Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Preferred: Experience with platforms such as Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
