Land of Opportunities acts as the Group’s agent in Jordan in relation to the businesses and services connected to the Group’s platforms. The scope of services, operating procedures and related arrangements are governed by the applicable terms, policies or service agreements of each platform or service. Types of representation
Each type of representation has a defined role, set out in the approved terms and agreements of the relevant platform or service.
Marketing / relationship representative
Introduces the platforms and refers interested customers to them.
Limits: Does not contract, collect money or make binding promises.
Commercial agent
Negotiates and develops business within the approved scope and pricing.
Limits: Does not sign contracts unless its own agreement expressly grants contracting authority.
Contracting agent
Concludes contracts with customers in the principal's name within its mandate.
Limits: Does not exceed the written mandate or alter approved terms.
Payment collection agent
Receives payments on behalf of the principal and remits them under the agreement.
Limits: Does not keep funds for its own account or issue refunds without authority.
Service operator
Delivers the service to customers and is responsible for its performance within its scope.
Limits: Does not represent itself as the owner of the platform or its brand.
