The ideal candidate is comfortable managing online orders, moderating a Shopify store, coordinating calendars and appointments, and communicating professionally in English. ### Key Responsibilities Monitor and process incoming orders through Shopify. Manage and moderate the Shopify store, ensuring product listings and store information are accurate and up to date. Track order statuses and assist with customer enquiries and order-related issues. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle daily administrative tasks and provide general virtual assistance. Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members in English. Maintain organised records and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. ### Requirements Previous experience working with Shopify is essential. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with order management and e-commerce operations. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Familiarity with calendar management tools such as Google Calendar.
