We are looking for a technically strong engineer with extensive hands-on experience in 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗡/𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦: • Provide L2 support, troubleshooting and restoration of IN/Charging Systems. • Manage network incidents, trouble tickets and change requests. • Perform IN Business Configuration, tariff and service class implementation. • Monitor network performance, analyse traffic and resolve service degradations. • Carry out software/hardware upgrades, system maintenance and configuration changes. • Support network integration, disaster recovery and capacity planning. • Create performance reports and improve operational procedures. 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: • Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging System nodes: • SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR & NgCRS. • Excellent knowledge of IN Business Configuration, Tariff Management and RMA Handling. • Strong experience with Linux/Unix, Oracle Database Administration and Shell Scripting. • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN and High Availability. • Experience with HP C7000, HP 3PAR Storage and virtualised Ericsson Charging Systems. • Knowledge of GSM/WCDMA, Core Network operations, IP networking and system integration. • Experience with SDP Geo-Redundancy, disaster recovery and network performance management.
