Country Visual Merchandiser

We're Hiring: 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 Beside Group is looking for an experienced and skilles Country Visual Merchandiser to lead visual merchandising across our stores, ensuring strong brand presentation while maximizing sales through effective in-store displays and product placement. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: ✅ Oversee window displays, in-store merchandising, and promotional installations across multiple stores. ✅ Analyze sales performance and sell-through reports to optimize product placement and maximize sales. ✅ Conduct regular store visits with Operations to ensure brand standards and visual guidelines are maintained. ✅ Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers for visual merchandising materials. ✅ Train and guide store teams on effective visual merchandising techniques and presentation standards.
