Position Summary ExeQut is hiring a skilled and organized Saudi HR Specialist to run day-to-day HR operations in the Kingdom, making sure our people processes are accurate, compliant and efficient. You will be the main point of contact between employees, management and the relevant Saudi government platforms. What You Will Do Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation Handle onboarding and offboarding from start to finish Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Manage attendance, leave and employee information Coordinate employee transfers, renewals and related government procedures Prepare HR reports and keep records accurate and up to date Support payroll and coordinate employee benefits Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies Act as the point of contact for employees and management on HR matters Required Qualifications Saudi nationality required Previous experience as an HR Specialist or HR Officer in Saudi Arabia Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, HR procedures and government platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Good command of written and spoken English Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Saudi government HR platforms: Qiwa: employment contracts, employee services and HR procedures Muqeem: Iqama and employee residency services GOSI: social insurance and employee records Mudad: payroll and Wage Protection System (WPS) services What We Offer Competitive compensation package The chance to shape and improve HR operations in the Kingdom Being part of a growing consulting firm working with enterprise clients A collaborative, transparent work culture If you're an organized HR professional who knows Saudi HR inside out and enjoys keeping people operations running smoothly, we'd love to have you on board.
