Tooling maintenance technician

We are seeking a skilled Tooling Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of tooling equipment (jigs, fixtures, moulds, and CNC tools). The role ensures efficient production processes and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and repair tooling, fixtures, and CNC equipment Support new tooling for product introductions Diagnose tooling issues and implement repair solutions Operate machines (lathe, milling, CNC) Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers Monitor tooling performance and report issues Train junior technicians and share knowledge Requirements: Strong experience in toolmaking (composite experience preferred) Hands-on problem-solving skills Experience in production environments and tight deadlines Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S Ability to read technical drawings Experience with machining tools and equipment Show more Show less
