3D Designer – Events & Exhibition Booths

We are looking for a creative 3D Designer with hands-on experience in events and exhibition booths, capable of turning concepts into practical, production-ready designs. Key Responsibilities: Design exhibition booths, stages, event spaces, and decorative installations. Create high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renders for client presentations. Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, dimensions, and fabrication and installation details. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to deliver designs within project budgets and deadlines. Adapt designs to site requirements and support production and installation teams with technical clarifications. Requirements: Proven experience designing events and exhibition booths, with examples of completed projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software such as 3ds Max or SketchUp, along with rendering tools. Proficiency in Photoshop; Illustrator skills are a plus. Good understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation requirements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Qatar market experience and current availability in Qatar are preferred.
