Customer experience Representative - Sales

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service. Very good command of English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Knowledge of domestic and international services is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships. Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and generate sales opportunities. Maintain customer records and prepare sales reports.
