Key Responsibilities
Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Meeting Server environments.
Handle CMS core architecture components, including:-
Call Bridge clustering
Web Bridge configuration
Database replication
Recorder and Streamer services
Perform CMS upgrades, health checks, backup validation, and routine maintenance.
Troubleshoot CMS-related call quality, conferencing, and integration issues.
Manage CMS APIs for advanced configurations and bulk provisioning tasks.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
• Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
Configure and troubleshoot:-
1. SIP trunks
2. Device pools
3. Regions
4. Calling search spaces (CSS)
5. Partitions
6. Media resources
7. LDAP synchronization
8. Jabber/Webex integrations
• Support IP Phones, SIP endpoints, and collaboration applications.
• Perform CUCM upgrades, patches, and cluster maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot call routing, registration, media, and voice quality issues.
