About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in NEOM, providing excellent customer service throughout the car rental journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations, bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Explain rental policies, pricing, contracts, and insurance options.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Process payments and prepare invoices.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and assist customers with breakdowns or accidents.
Promote available offers and services.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
0–2 years of customer service experience.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
