About the Role We are urgently seeking articulate and customer-focused Voice Account Agents to join the Huawei Voice Account team in Maadi, Cairo. As the frontline voice of the brand, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. Escalate complex issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Gr@duates are welcome to apply). English proficiency at B2 to B2+ level.
