Assist customers by answering their questions in a professional and friendly manner. Work flexible shifts, including nights, as part of a 24/7 team. Requirements: Fluency in Arabic (native level) and proficiency in English. Work-from-home setup: high-quality computer, reliable high-speed internet, noise-canceling headset, and power backup. Strong multitasking skills and a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. At least 1 year of call center experience.
