What You'll Be Doing: Sourcing & Screening: Identify and screen potential candidates through various recruitment platforms and social media channels. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers. Onboarding Support: Support new-hire onboarding activities and training programs. Events & Employer Branding: Participate in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and onboarding sessions. Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records and update information in the applicant tracking system. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Eligible for the Tamheer Training Program. Excellent English communication skills (mandatory). Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Tech-savvy, with an interest in recruitment tools and social media.
