BrokNet Insurance Brokers is hiring Digital Partnerships Manager Location: Cairo, Egypt | Full-time | On-site About BrokNet BrokNet Insurance Brokers is developing partnerships that make insurance easier to access and simpler to manage. We are looking for a commercially minded professional to turn digital partnership opportunities into practical distribution channels and measurable business growth. The role Identify, develop and manage partnerships with digital platforms, fintechs, e-commerce businesses, HR and payroll providers, and other relevant organisations. You will coordinate each partnership from business case and commercial discussions through implementation, launch and performance review. This is a commercial partnership and delivery role—not a social media management position. Key responsibilities * Build a targeted partnership pipeline aligned with BrokNet’s insurance products and growth priorities. * Identify opportunities for digital referrals, embedded insurance and partner-led distribution. * Develop business cases covering customer needs, expected volumes, revenue, costs and delivery requirements. * Negotiate proposed commercial terms and coordinate agreements with management, Legal and Compliance. * Work with insurers, technology partners and internal teams to define customer journeys, operational responsibilities and service standards. * Translate business requirements into clear briefs for digital onboarding, quotation requests, policy servicing and CRM integration. * Coordinate pilot launches, testing, partner training and issue resolution. * Monitor lead quality, conversion, revenue, retention and customer experience; recommend improvements based on results. * Maintain partner relationships, account plans and regular performance reviews. * Ensure partner communications, data-sharing arrangements and distribution activities follow approved processes and authority limits. What we are looking for * Proven experience in partnerships, business development or digital distribution within insurance, fintech, financial services or technology. * A track record of developing commercial relationships and taking partnerships from discussion to launch. * Strong negotiation, stakeholder-management and project-coordination skills. * Understanding of digital customer journeys, CRM systems and integration requirements; coding is not required. * Ability to evaluate commercial performance and build clear business cases. * Excellent Arabic and English communication and presentation skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology or a related field. * Insurance distribution or InsurTech experience is a strong advantage.
