Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Officer to manage and coordinate daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while complying with shipping regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and delivery orders.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate customs clearance and follow up with customs brokers.
Monitor shipping schedules, freight costs, and delivery timelines.
Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues.
Maintain accurate shipping records and update shipment reports.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations.
Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms).
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good command of English.
