This position involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing clear information about products and services via phone, email, and in person. The agent will handle customer requests, process orders or account updates, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include documenting interactions in the system, coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, and maintaining a professional and empathetic approach in all communications. The role also requires adhering to company policies, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. Qualifications Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and support positive Customer Experience. Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in Customer Support roles. Skills in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and addressing concerns efficiently. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Comfort working in an on-site environment in Cairo and collaborating with team members. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. Ability to work full time, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
