Role Description This part-time Business Development Specialist role is hybrid, based in Moqatam, with flexibility for some work from home. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and support lead generation campaigns. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine proposals, improve the customer experience, and support revenue-growth strategies aligned with SWiRA DESiGNS’ digital transformation services. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities and trends. Effective communication skills and a Customer Service orientation to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting within digital solutions or technology-driven services. Familiarity with sales or business development processes, including pipeline management and CRM tools. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in digital transformation, tech consulting, or startup environments is a plus. Show more Show less
