End to End Solution Architect (Telecom)

🚀 We’re Hiring | End-to-End Solution Architect 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan 🏢 Company field: Telecom Company 💼 Experience: 10+ Years of Experience We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Solution Architect with a strong background in Telecom BSS/OSS architecture and hands-on solution delivery. The role involves owning end-to-end solution design across BSS, OSS, and digital layers, while working closely with delivery teams to configure, build, and implement the designed solutions. 🚀Key Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience in Telecom BSS/OSS Solution Architecture. • Hands-on architecture experience with at least two or three of the following Oracle platforms: Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle BRM, Oracle OSM, and Oracle UIM. • Solid understanding of end-to-end integration across CRM, Ordering, Billing, Charging, and Inventory systems. • Strong hands-on delivery capabilities, with the ability to configure and build solutions alongside technical delivery teams, not limited to solution design. • Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise middleware platform, such as Oracle Service Bus, Oracle SOA Suite, MuleSoft, TIBCO, or WSO2. • Strong experience in REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Design. • Proven ability to develop comprehensive technical documentation, including Solution Designs, Integration Flows, Interface Specifications, and Impact Assessments. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. • Must be based in Jordan and willing to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia for workshops, go-lives, and other project requirements. 📍Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks, including eTOM, SID, and Open APIs. • TOGAF or a similar Enterprise Architecture certification. • Arabic language skills. 🏢Key Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end solutions across CRM, Ordering, Billing, Charging, and Digital Channels. • Define integration flows and interfaces between BSS, OSS, and digital systems. • Develop solution designs and impact assessments for new business requirements and system changes. • Ensure alignment with Salam's enterprise architecture and technical standards. • Work hands-on with delivery teams to configure and build the designed solutions. • Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and vendors throughout the design and implementation phases. • Identify, assess, and manage technical risks and dependencies. 🎓 Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
