UI/UX Designer

Design the product experience end to end, from user research and flows to polished, build-ready interfaces, for a bilingual (English and Arabic), enterprise-grade platform used by legal, finance and executive teams. You'll turn complex, information-heavy workflows into interfaces that feel simple, own the design system in Figma, and use AI tools to move faster from idea to tested design. What you'll do Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes. Turn complex, data-heavy workflows (dashboards, forms, approvals, reports) into clear, efficient interfaces. Design every screen bilingually, with full right-to-left (RTL) Arabic layouts, not mirrored afterthoughts. Build and maintain the design system in Figma: components, variants, variables/tokens, auto layout and documentation. Run user research and usability testing with real users, and turn findings into design decisions. Design to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA): contrast, keyboard flows, focus states and readable type in both languages. Hand off build-ready designs to engineering (Figma Dev Mode, specs, states and edge cases), and review what ships against the design. Use AI tools across the workflow: research synthesis, content and microcopy drafts, rapid concepting, and AI-assisted prototyping. Work closely with product and engineering on scope and trade-offs, and present design rationale clearly to stakeholders. Keep the experience consistent across the platform and raise the design quality bar. And all responsibilities given by the direct manager. What we look for 5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped work. Expert in Figma: auto layout, components and variants, variables, prototyping, Dev Mode and FigJam. Proven experience designing Arabic right-to-left (RTL) and bilingual interfaces: layout mirroring, Arabic typography, and mixed Arabic/English content and numerals. RTL work must be shown in your portfolio. A portfolio showing both UX thinking (research, flows, problem framing) and strong visual UI craft. Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products, ideally B2B or enterprise. Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design and visual hierarchy. Hands-on with usability testing and research tools (e.g. Maze, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or equivalent). Strong, practical use of AI in design work, such as Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT or AI prototyping tools, with good judgment about where AI helps and where it doesn't. Understanding of how designs get built (responsive layouts, components, design tokens), so handoff is smooth. Strong communication skills and comfort defending design decisions with users, product and engineering. Experience in, or genuine comfort working in, a fast-paced startup environment: self-managed time, adapting to changing priorities, following tasks through, and delivering on short timelines when needed. Preferred: Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch. Preferred: Motion and micro-interaction skills (e.g. Figma prototyping, ProtoPie, Framer or Lottie).
