Business Process Analyst | Project-Based Engagement Company: Digivard Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote) Engagement Type: Project-Based Contract About the Opportunity Digivard is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst with expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency to support client engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, practical experience in business process optimization, and the ability to translate operational challenges into measurable improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. * Develop and document As-Is and To-Be process models. * Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and root causes. * Establish and evaluate relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess potential Return on Investment (ROI). * Develop evidence-based recommendations for operational improvement and digital optimization. * Prepare structured assessment reports, business cases, and executive-level recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align proposed improvements with business objectives and technical capabilities. Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. * 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence. * Demonstrated experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes. * Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), process mapping, and Microsoft Excel. * Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies. * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business reporting capabilities. * Professional proficiency in Arabic and English. Preferred Qualifications * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. * Experience in management consulting or client-facing engagements. * Experience developing business cases and evaluating operational improvement initiatives. Engagement Terms * Remote, project-based engagement. * Compensation will be determined based on the scope and deliverables of each project. * Potential for long-term professional collaboration.
