WE’RE HIRING | DIAMOND / RC DRILLER Location: Taif Area & Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Salary: Up to SAR 15,000 per month Benefits: Housing and transportation allowance (SAR 700/month for transportation) Contract: 1-year contract, renewable annually Rotation: 2 months on-site / 1 month off (subject to confirmation) About the Opportunity We are looking for experienced Diamond Drillers and Reverse Circulation (RC) Drillers to join mining and exploration drilling operations in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for hands-on drilling professionals with strong technical expertise, operational experience, and a commitment to safety and productivity in challenging field conditions. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain diamond core or RC drilling rigs safely and efficiently. Execute drilling activities according to project specifications and target depths. Monitor drilling progress, ground conditions, penetration rates, and equipment performance. Ensure proper core recovery or RC sample collection, handling, labelling, and documentation. Identify and troubleshoot drilling challenges, including stuck rods, water loss, and unstable formations. Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate daily drilling logs, shift reports, and operational records. Coordinate with supervisors, field engineers, geologists, and drilling crew members. Comply with all site HSE policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements. Candidate Requirements 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Diamond Core Drilling or RC Drilling. Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, tools, techniques, and sampling procedures. Experience troubleshooting drilling issues and working in varying geological conditions. Basic English reading and writing skills for operational reports and instructions. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in remote mining locations and adapt to rotational schedules.
