Role Description The English Language Instructor will deliver engaging, learner-centered English lessons to groups and individuals across different proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lesson materials, teaching classes, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress. The instructor will use a variety of teaching methods, classroom activities, and educational tools to develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Additional duties include participating in curriculum development, collaborating with colleagues on academic initiatives, and supporting students’ learning goals through office hours or consultation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. Qualifications Strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners at different levels. Background in Education, including understanding of instructional methods, assessment practices, and learner support. Writing skills for creating lesson plans, instructional materials, exercises, and student reports. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear and effective classroom communication. Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage. Experience teaching English in classroom settings, preferably in language centers or academic institutions. Ability to manage classrooms, engage diverse learners, and adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.
