We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgery and other complex cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period. Key Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and cardiovascular surgeries Conduct pre-operative assessments and evaluate patients' cardiovascular and overall medical status Administer and monitor anesthesia during complex cardiac procedures Manage hemodynamic monitoring and intraoperative cardiovascular stability Support cardiopulmonary bypass procedures in coordination with the cardiac surgical team Provide post-operative anesthesia care and support patients in the cardiac intensive care unit Manage perioperative emergencies and anesthesia-related complications Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate medical records and follow established patient safety protocols Requirements Qualifications & Requirements MBBS or equivalent medical degree MD/DNB in Anesthesiology or an equivalent postgraduate qualification Additional fellowship or specialized training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred Experience in cardiac surgery anesthesia, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and perioperative critical care Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills Benefits Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Show more Show less
