Senior IT Voice & Collaboration Engineer

We’re Hiring | Senior IT Voice & Collaboration Engineer We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the implementation and support of enterprise voice, collaboration and supporting network infrastructure for our client in Dubai. Experience: 6–8+ years Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement and maintain VoIP and telephony systems. • Support collaboration platforms such as Cisco CUCM, Webex, Avaya, Microsoft Teams Voice and Asterisk. • Manage supporting LAN/WAN, routers, switches and wireless infrastructure. • Troubleshoot voice and connectivity issues, ensuring reliable call quality through QoS. • Handle system migrations, upgrades, security patching and capacity planning. • Coordinate with vendors, maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers. What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience in voice/collaboration and network engineering. CCIE Certification MUST Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel and NAT. Experience with wireless networks, WLCs, access points and voice optimisation. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field; Master’s preferred. Exposure to SD-WAN, VPNs, load balancers and network security solutions is an added advantage. Show more Show less
