Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internal Audit accounting role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Internal Auditor will perform regular financial and operational audits, review accounting records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, testing internal controls, preparing audit work papers, and drafting clear, concise audit reports with findings and recommendations. The role also involves collaborating with finance and other departments to resolve discrepancies, support risk management initiatives, and contribute to process improvements. The Internal Auditor will help strengthen the integrity of financial reporting and support management in maintaining effective control systems. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify risks and trends. Proficiency in finance and accounting principles, including experience with financial audits and internal controls. Ability to prepare clear, structured audit reports and documentation in line with professional standards. Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting audit findings. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is an advantage. Experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial control within a corporate or FMCG/beauty industry environment is beneficial. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
