We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking. In this role, your key responsibilities include: Risk Management Track IT risk findings and identify alternatives or workaround if necessary and provide inputs to the line manager so that risks are closed in a timely manner and the department risk profile is maintained and reduced over a period of time. Controls Assessment Assist in assessment of department controls and analyse and report on findings to ensure independent verification and timely action on gaps identified. Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures Adhere to department policies, procedure and processes within the scope of responsibilities so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders. Reporting Generate reports on IT Risk, mitigation measures, action plan, etc. as and when required to provide management a good degree of visibility and feedback so as to enable decision making. Self-Management Manage self in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance. The ideal candidate should have the following experience: Minimum Experience At least 2 years of experience in information technology which at least 1 years in a financial institution Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant specialisation Professional Qualifications Certification in vulnerability assessments, COBIT, ITIL foundation Knowledge and Skills IT infrastructure Business acumen Risk assessment What we offer: Competitive Salary: Additional to this, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
