Relevant postgraduate medical qualifications and specialist training in Neonatology.
Required Skills
Proven consultant-level experience in Neonatology.
Extensive hands-on experience in managing and leading care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Expertise in the management of extremely premature, critically ill, and high-risk neonates.
Proficiency in advanced neonatal resuscitation, ventilation strategies, and management of complex neonatal conditions.
Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary neonatal care teams.
Valid UAE healthcare license or eligibility for DHA / SHA licensing, as applicable.
Excellent communication, leadership, and patient-care skills.
