Senior Customer Service

Key Duties & Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and ensure timely resolution. Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality standards. Follow up on customer issues and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective resolution. Handle escalated complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate customer records, feedback, and service-related documentation. Monitor customer service performance and prepare periodic reports. Support and guide junior customer service team members to ensure consistent service delivery. Follow up on customer requests and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to service processes. Coordinate with Sales, Handover, Maintenance, and other departments to address customer needs. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding their requests, complaints, and updates. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall customer experience. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer complaint handling and conflict resolution skills. Good command of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
