Construction Lead - Offshore

Penspen is urgently looking to hire Construction Lead - Offshore is to oversee construction activities for oil & gas projects. The ideal candidate will lead site execution, manage contractors, ensure HSE and quality compliance, monitor project progress, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead and supervise offshore construction activities in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and offshore teams to ensure efficient project execution. Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Review construction procedures, method statements, work packs, and mechanical completion documentation. Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and offshore regulations. Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities. Prepare construction reports and provide regular progress updates to project management. Qualifications And Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role. Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems. Familiarity with international standards PMC and EPC Offshore projects experience will be preferred Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage Show more Show less
