Finance Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a manpower supply and outsourcing company. The role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, and receivables. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support business operations. Monitor client invoicing, collections, outstanding payments, and contract profitability. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analyses. Implement financial controls, manage operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and accounting standards.
