Your Mission Manage a Team of technician / jeweler (one or several Brands) in the daily operations providing support to the team members as well as being an active technician / jeweler. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Lead a team of technicians and jewelers, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and providing support to team members while actively participating in technical tasks. Operate and fine-tune complex machinery and systems to enhance quality and productivity, and develop innovative solutions to address inefficiencies. Oversee day-to-day operations within a store department, acting as a work leader and occasionally as a first-line supervisor for transactional operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues for emergency repairs and perform routine preventive maintenance. Deliver exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities for new business and customer retention, handling complex queries, and resolving customer problems. Manage inventory control activities following established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Adhere to the organization's health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to mitigate risks and protect the environment and the well-being of all employees. Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct, ensuring compliance and high standards in all work activities. Continuously enhance technical and process skills through participation in assessments, development planning, formal training, and coaching. Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education and demonstrate the ability to work independently as an experienced practitioner.
