Senior Designer

We are looking for a talented and design-driven Senior Designer to join our growing team at AEM Consultancy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for design across all project stages, from early concept development to detailed technical delivery. We are seeking a designer who is not only creative in conceptual thinking, but also capable of translating ideas into fully developed, buildable solutions. What We’re Looking For 5-7 Years of Experience Strong architectural and landscape design background, with proven experience in large-scale projects and master planning. Strong conceptual design capabilities and ability to develop innovative design solutions. Experience in urban design, public realm, and landscape architecture. Ability to lead design development from concept through detailed design. Strong design presentation, visual communication, and technical coordination skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams. Very good English communication skills (spoken and written).
