Communications Specialist

Role Description The Communications Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for developing and delivering clear, consistent messaging that supports McSeals’ brand, products, and strategic objectives. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing internal communications, preparing press releases and announcements, and coordinating content for corporate materials, presentations, and digital channels. The Communications Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic communications, maintain media and stakeholder relationships, and support communication initiatives related to marketing campaigns and business development. The role also involves monitoring communication performance, gathering feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Experience in writing and editing, including creating clear, concise content for business and technical contexts. Background in press releases and media relations, with the ability to manage external communications and brand representation. Skills in strategic communications and internal communications, supporting organizational goals and employee engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities part-time, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are beneficial.
