Private Equity Associate

Flynn & Chase is working provate Equity investment fund based in Dubai on a Associate hire for their investment team. The firm manages over $4bn across private equity, real estate and private credit, has closed 50+ deals since launch, and has a clear plan to more than double its AUM by the end of the decade. They invest across the GCC, Europe, the US and India, often alongside large global sponsors, and put their own capital into every deal next to institutional and private investors. The role You will work on deals from first look to exit, with a lot of ownership and direct contact with senior management and the investment committee. Lean team, so you will see the whole process, not just the model. What you'll do Screen and assess new opportunities in private equity, real estate and private credit Build and run financial models, valuations and returns analysis Lead due diligence workstreams and manage advisers (legal, financial, technical) Write investment memos and present to the investment committee Help structure deals in a Shariah-compliant way and negotiate key terms Work with portfolio companies and assets after closing, and support exits What we're looking for 3 to 5 years in private equity, real estate investing, M&A or investment banking Strong modelling and valuation skills, and a few closed deals you can talk through Experience in the GCC is a big plus Clear writing and the confidence to present to senior people Arabic is a plus, not a must Based in the UAE or ready to relocate to Dubai What's on offer Competitive tax-free package plus bonus Real deal responsibility early on A growing platform with room to move up to VP Show more Show less
