Make it your next move. Job Description Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, professional service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages according to Sofitel brand standards. Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up. Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily promotions. Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Upsell menu items and promote hotel outlets to maximize revenue. Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver an exceptional dining experience. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury hotel. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
