Performance Marketing and Media Buying Manager

We're hiring Performance Marketing & Media Buying Manager (Multi-Branch) Key responsibilities The Person Should Be Responsible For Media Buying Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies across all branches. Campaign Management: Own campaigns from planning and launch to optimisation and reporting. Platform Management: Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant advertising platforms. Budget Management: Allocate advertising budgets across branches and campaigns based on performance. Performance Analysis: Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and overall campaign profitability. Lead Generation: Improve lead quality, volume and conversion in coordination with the Sales and Commercial teams. Campaign Optimisation: Continuously test creatives, audiences, targeting, placements and landing pages. Reporting: Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports covering all branches. Team Management: Lead and develop the media buying team, ensuring clear ownership and accountability. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Branch Managers. Required qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing and media buying. At least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead position. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets and locations/branches. Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), tracking pixels, conversion tracking and attribution. Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
