HTC Global Services - a leading CMM level 5 global provider of innovative IT and Business Process Services and Solutions since 1990 with headquarters in Troy, Michigan, USA. Technical Skills Required: 3+ Years Strong knowledge of Java as the primary backend development skill. Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI Development as a secondary skill. Ability to integrate and leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity. Knowledge of writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Understanding of unit testing and integration testing. Job Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance Java and UI applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Write and maintain unit and integration test cases. Participate in peer code reviews and adhere to coding standards. Integrate AI-powered tools into the development lifecycle to improve productivity. Collaborate with QA, Product, and Frontend teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Document code, technical processes, and API endpoints. Take ownership of challenging development assignments and contribute to POCs. Preferred Skills: Airline domain experience will be an added advantage. Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and take up challenging technical assignments.
