๐น Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new clients for staffing, recruitment, and manpower outsourcing services.
* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
* Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
* Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery.
* Achieve sales targets and grow outsourcing revenue.
๐น Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
โ
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within staffing, recruitment, manpower outsourcing, or workforce solutions.
โ
Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue generation.
โ
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
โ
Experience in preparing proposals and closing contracts.
โ
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
๐น Preferred: Valid driving licence and Qatar market experience.
