Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities Contact potential customers through outbound calls to generate new business. Identify sales opportunities and grow the customer base. Manage existing accounts and maintain strong customer relationships. Promote FedEx services and solutions to customers. Achieve sales targets and support business growth. Follow up with customers and respond to their needs. Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service preferably inside sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Ability to build relationships and manage customer accounts. Target-driven with a focus on business growth. Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
