Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter – Civil Construction to support technical recruitment and manpower supply requirements for construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a practical understanding of civil construction terminology, technical job roles, and construction project requirements. The role involves sourcing and screening engineers, supervisors, skilled workers, and other construction personnel while coordinating with candidates, clients, and manpower supply agencies in India. Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, UAE-based construction recruitment, and large-scale infrastructure or mega/giga projects will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for civil construction, infrastructure, and manpower supply requirements. Source candidates for positions such as Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, MEP Engineers, HSE professionals, Foremen, Supervisors, and skilled construction workers. Coordinate with manpower supply agencies and recruitment partners across India to fulfill bulk hiring requirements. Understand construction terminology, technical job descriptions, and project requirements. Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate calls, assess relevant experience, and shortlist suitable profiles for client review. Verify candidates’ project experience, including high-rise buildings, infrastructure, roads and bridges, industrial projects, and mega/giga developments. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate trackers, follow up on interview feedback, and support offer and mobilization processes. Manage candidate availability, notice periods, salary expectations, current location, and joining timelines. Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment partners to support urgent and ongoing hiring requirements. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients. Requirements Previous experience in technical recruitment, preferably within civil construction, infrastructure, or manpower supply. Practical understanding of construction job roles, technical terminology, and project requirements. Experience recruiting for UAE-based construction projects is highly preferred. Experience coordinating with manpower supply agencies in India is an advantage. Exposure to bulk recruitment and large-scale construction or mega/giga projects is preferred. Good communication, candidate screening, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight recruitment deadlines. Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers and reports. Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who can understand a construction requirement beyond the job title, identify suitable candidates based on their actual project experience, and coordinate efficiently with manpower suppliers to meet client deadlines. Candidates with hands-on experience in UAE construction recruitment and Indian manpower sourcing will have an advantage.
