Graphic Designer

Job Brief The Graphic Designer will design innovative scientific graphics, digital content, and printed materials (including lab stickers, certificates, and promotional items) that accurately communicate Nawah Scientific's research capabilities and enhance brand credibility within the community. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing high-quality visual content, including social media designs, marketing materials, 2D animations, promotional videos, and engaging reels. Job Descripion Visual Content Production Design engaging visual content for social media posts, stories, and advertisements, tailored to platform-specific requirements, to increase audience engagement and support campaign goals. Develop visual materials for the company website and digital platforms, to enhance user experience and reinforce brand identity online. Create printed materials, including stickers, certificates, and other branded items, to support physical brand visibility and promotional activities. Collaborate with print shops and vendors, ensuring files are correctly prepared and printed, to maintain high production quality and design accuracy. Brand Consistency and Innovation Ensure all design outputs align with brand identity, voice, and guidelines, to maintain a cohesive and professional brand presence across all platforms. Contribute creative input to campaign concepts and marketing materials, to support the development of fresh, innovative visual ideas that enhance brand storytelling. Designs and Quality Enhancement Deliver all design projects within deadlines, ensuring consistent quality standards, to support smooth campaign execution and team efficiency. Maintain and organize design assets and templates, to enable easy access, consistency, and streamlined team collaboration. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, to continuously improve design quality and keep visual outputs current and competitive. Job Requirements Must-Have : Bachelor's degree in any related field. At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects for 2D animation and motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software. Ability to create engaging social media designs, reels, and short-form videos. Experience designing brochures, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials. Strong creativity, visual storytelling, typography, and branding skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A professional portfolio demonstrating design, animation, and video editing skills. Nice-to-Have Experience creating 3D graphics or animations. Familiarity with AI-powered design and video production tools. Basic photography and videography skills. Experience designing scientific, pharmaceutical, or healthcare content. Familiarity with digital advertising formats and creative best practices for Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Basic understanding of UI/UX design and Figma.
