Accountant Constructive Technologies · Dubai, UAE · Full-time · Reports to the CFO Constructive Technologies is an engineering and construction software company serving major contractors globally. We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. The role Run the month-end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations Prepare the monthly finance pack and management accounts Full responsibility for credit control, debtor and creditor management, and the bank and cash position Prepare VAT returns and support statutory and management reporting Support payroll reconciliations and the WPS process with HR Keep the chart of accounts, controls and supporting documents in order Help build finance processes as the business grows What we're looking for A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) or strong progress towards one 3 or more years' experience in a finance or accounting role in the UAE (essential) Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential), and excellent Excel skills Accurate, organised and comfortable working to deadlines What we offer Salary: to be agreed based on experience UAE employment package in line with UAE labour law Visa sponsorship for the successful candidate A role with real scope to shape the finance function Excellent career development prospects within an expanding business To apply, send your CV and a short cover note to [redacted email] by 1 November 2026.
