- خبرة في مجال المبيعات في معارض أجهزة الكمبيوتر والقيمنق والإلكترونيات. - معرفة جيدة بقطع الكمبيوتر مثل المعالجات وكروت الشاشة واللوحات الأم والرامات وأنظمة التبريد. - القدرة على مساعدة العملاء في اختيار تجميعات PC المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم وميزانياتهم. - معرفة بأجهزة وإكسسوارات القيمنق مثل الشاشات والكيبوردات والماوسات والسماعات. - مهارات ممتازة في البيع والإقناع والتواصل مع العملاء. - القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف البيعية الشهرية والعمل بروح الفريق. - تقديم خدمة عملاء احترافية والرد على الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات. - متابعة توفر المنتجات وترتيبها والمحافظة على نظافة وتنظيم المعرض. - إجادة استخدام أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS). - الالتزام بمواعيد العمل والقدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات. - حسن المظهر واللباقة في التعامل مع العملاء. - إجادة اللغة العربية ومعرفة أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية. -------------------------- **المهام والمسؤوليات:** - استقبال العملاء وتقديم الاستشارات الفنية والبيعية. - بيع أجهزة الكمبيوتر وتجميعات PC وملحقات القيمنق. - توضيح مواصفات المنتجات والفروقات بينها ومساعدة العملاء على اختيار الأنسب. - تحقيق المستهدفات البيعية والمساهمة في زيادة مبيعات المعرض. - متابعة العروض والمنتجات الجديدة وتطوير المعرفة التقنية باستمرار. - المحافظة على تجربة تسوق مميزة تعكس هوية شركة قيمر زون. **Requirements:** - Sales experience in computer hardware, gaming products, or electronics retail. - Good knowledge of PC components, including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, and cooling systems. - Ability to recommend custom gaming PC builds based on customer needs and budgets. - Familiarity with gaming monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, and other gaming accessories. - Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. - Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and work effectively within a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to maintain product displays and store organization. - Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Professional appearance and positive attitude. - Fluency in Arabic and basic English communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Welcome customers and provide professional product recommendations. - Sell gaming PCs, computer components, and gaming accessories. - Explain product specifications and help customers select suitable products. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth. - Stay updated on new gaming technologies, products, and promotions. - Deliver an excellent shopping experience that reflects Gamer Zone's standards. قدم الان على الرابط التالي Apply now on the following link www.hr.gz-ksa.tech Show more Show less
