Job Description
Supervise the daily activities of sales representatives and monitor target achievement.
Prepare sales routes, customer visit plans, and territory coverage schedules.
Accompany sales representatives on customer visits and support negotiations.
Identify potential customers and support the opening of new accounts.
Monitor product availability, customer orders, and payment collections.
Prepare sales reports and coach team members to improve performance.
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience, including team supervision.
Background in homecare products; insecticide experience is preferred.
Previous experience at Johnson is highly preferred.
Experience with distribution companies, retail chains, hypermarkets, or manufacturers.
Strong leadership, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in the field and directly support business development.
