Technical Delivery Lead Role Overview We are looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholders and oversee delivery risks, dependencies and project milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from planning through to implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, architects and business stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies. Act as the key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers and ensure milestones are achieved. Oversee project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards. Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and methodologies. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience leading the delivery of technical projects within complex environments. Strong understanding of software development, IT systems and technical delivery lifecycles. Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and senior stakeholders. Strong project planning, risk management and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
