Talent Manager - Commission based

A well-known Dubai media personality, with a background in radio, TV hosting and stand-up comedy, is looking for a talent manager to represent them and grow their commercial work. You'll own the pipeline for events, brand partnerships, ambassadorships and event sponsorships, and turn a strong profile into consistent revenue. What you'll do Find and close paid bookings: events, hosting, emceeing and live shows Pitch and negotiate brand deals, campaigns and long-term ambassadorships Sell sponsorships for events and IPs, from pitch decks to closing the deal Build and run PR: press, features, podcasts and media appearances Come up with original concepts and partnership ideas brands can't say no to Create and capture content for pitches and social (comfortable behind a camera) Grow and use your network across brands, agencies, media and the art scene Who you are Commercially driven and genuinely motivated by making money An exceptional pitcher, on paper and in the room Gen Z at heart, fluent in culture, trends and social platforms Creative and unconventional in how you think Well connected in the UAE media, brand or creative space Experience in talent management, PR, partnerships or agency sales is a plus Compensation Commission-based with strong earning potential.
