🚀 WhizzHR Is Hiring | IT Sales Specialist 💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office (WFO) 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Specialist to drive business growth across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, technology solutions, hardware, software, or IT services, with strong B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector. Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers. Promote IT products, software, hardware, and technology solutions. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Negotiate pricing and maintain regular follow-ups with clients. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales. Strong B2B sales and business development experience. Knowledge of IT products, hardware, software, networking, or IT services. Good understanding of the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working from the office. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
