Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt Job Type: Full-time Experience: Proven experience in the hospitality industry or sales (fresh graduates are accepted) Looking for a role that blends B2B relationship building, field sales, and high-profile hospitality projects? Join our growing team as a Sales Specialist and play a key role in driving our commercial operations and customer success! What you’ll do: Handle professional customer communications, inquiries, and follow-ups via English emails and phone calls Conduct regular on-site visits to hotels, resorts, and project locations to assess client needs and build relationships Present commercial kitchen and laundry equipment and custom stainless steel solutions to hospitality clients and purchasing managers Prepare quotations, follow up on active tenders, and collaborate closely with our technical and fabrication teams Drive sales activities from initial contact through to project delivery What we’re looking for: Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field Basic AutoCAD knowledge (preferred) Prior sales experience in the hospitality industry (HORECA or commercial kitchen equipment preferred) Strong command of written English for handling formal email correspondence and client outreach Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple active accounts Availability and readiness for frequent on-site client and hotel visits Strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills What we offer: Opportunity to deal with major hotel chains Supportive, results-driven team environment Competitive salary + commission/bonus structure Opportunity to work on major hospitality projects across Egypt If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, Rotana Trade is the place for you! 📩 Apply now by sending your CV to [redacted email].
