Head of Investor Relations / Investor Relations Manager

Seeking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager who will build the company's Investor Relations function from the ground up and lead it through IPO preparation and into life as a listed company. Location: Dammam, KSA Qualifications and experience Essential Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. 10 to 13 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets. Strong understanding of CMA regulations, financial reporting and corporate governance. Proven ability to engage institutional investors and analysts, and to work closely with senior leadership. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English. Preferred CFA charter or MBA. Experience with a Tadawul-listed company, or direct involvement in IPO preparation. Oil and gas sector experience. Experience setting up or building an Investor Relations function.
